Double Offset Design for High Temperature, Pressure Service
 

Double Eccentric Disc

In the double eccentric design, the disc rotates freely, not contacting the seat until final closing; then the whole face seats simultaneously for positive shut off with low torque. At the same time, reduced friction extends the life of the metal seat.

 
Spherical Disc Design

This high-precision machining technique lowers torque and provides a perfect seal. The spherical disc dramatically reduces friction, prevents wear and extends valve life.

Designed for operation in high pressure/high temperature services, with combination of seat and disc materials suitable up to 600 C (1112 F) Seat Leakage Rate Class IV as per FCI 70-2

Triple Eccentric Design Minimize wear and Extend Seal Life
 

Triple Eccentric

1) The centerline of the cone is rotated away from the valve centerline resulting in an ellipsoidal profile and providing the tripe eccentric. With this geometry, seat seal interference is completely eliminated ensuring long sealing life.

2)The result is torque seated, process pressure aided frictionless seal.

3)The geometry allows the body seat to be used as the closed limit stop, aiding operator adjustment.

4)The triple eccentric design is ideally suited to metal seated valves providing bubble-tight performance  on high temperature, high pressure and fire safe applications.

Heavy duty, Wafer & Lugged type, Bi-directional bubble tight shut off, unique pressure energized laminated seat, Triple eccentric design to minimize the deflection; thrust bearing and stem bearing to take axial and torsion load. valves most suitable to provide the ultimate dependable economical flow control.
