PFA is developed
as a melt processable fluoropolymer, it is a co-
polymer of tetrafuoroethylene and
perfluoroalkoxy monomer. It has excellent
mechanical strength outstanding dielectirc
properties & is unaffected by virtually all
solvents & chemicals even at high
temperature of 240°C to 260°C.
Polymers such as PFA by injection molding is
extremely critical as the process requires close
monitoring with controlled heating and cooling
of the assemblies during the entire molding
stage. Our lining technique its own advantages
over the conventional method of lining where
Transfer Molding System are used.
