Product Overview

Globe valves are designed to cut off or connect media in pipelines. They are suitable for nominal pressures ranging from PN 1.6 to 16.0 MPa (Class 150 to 2500) and working temperatures ≦600(C), making them ideal for oil, chemical, pharmaceutical, fertilizer, and power generation industries.

Main Structural Features

  1. RATIONAL DESIGN: Features a well-engineered structure, reliable sealing, superior performance, and an aesthetically pleasing appearance.

  2. COBALT-BASED HARD-FACING SEATING SURFACE: Overlaid with cobalt-based alloy to provide outstanding resistance to wear, corrosion, and erosion, significantly extending operational life.

  3. NITRIDED VALVE STEM: The stem surface and its guiding areas undergo nitriding treatment to ensure excellent corrosion and wear resistance.

  4. PRESSURE-SEALED BONNET: For nominal pressures ≧Class1500 the body-bonnet joint utilizes a pressure-seal structure. The sealing performance enhances as internal pressure rises, ensuring zero-leakage reliability.

  5. BACK SEAT STRUCTURE: Equipped with a back seat design to ensure reliable gland packing sealing when the valve is fully open.

  6. CUSTOMIZABLE CONFIGURATION: Packing materials and flange connection dimensions can be customized to match specific application requirements and customer specifications.
