The Key Difference: 180° Operation

The operating sequence can be arranged as:

Side A Open → Both Side Ports Closed → Side B Open

At the middle position, both side flow paths are shut off before the valve continues rotating to the opposite side.

This means the valve does not simply switch directly from one line to another. Instead, it provides a clear shut-off position between the two flow directions.
